What is the return policy for InVite Heart products?

At InVite Heart, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Please provide your original proof of purchase when submitting a return request.

What are the business hours for InVite Heart?

InVite Heart’s customer service team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Our physical retail locations are open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm local time. Please check our website or contact us for the most up-to-date holiday and special event hours.

How long will the battery last?

The Battery has a 4 year warranty.

Do I need to charge the battery?

No the battery does not require charging

Do the Smart Pads expire?

Yes the lifespan of the Smart Pads is 18 months there is an expiration date on the package.

The Pads are warrantied up to the expiration date on the package

Are the Smart Pads re-usable?

No once they have been used they need to be replaced; they are single use only.

How will I know the battery is expiring?

Designed to be simple to maintain. Look for the green light, if present the device is rescue ready. If the device is not rescue ready, the green light will be absent and device will “chirp”. Simply press the “I” button to learn what needs attention.

Do I need a prescription?

No.
